Return Policy

At Citypariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy to ensure your shopping experience with us is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Please review the following policy carefully for information on how to return items and receive a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items purchased from Citypariz.net within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.
- The item must not be marked as final sale or a non-returnable product (see section 4 for more details).
- Returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned under our policy. These include:
- Personalized or custom-made products: Items that have been customized or made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards: Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
- Opened or used products: Any items that have been used or opened (such as electronics, software, or health and beauty items) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Sale items: Certain sale or clearance items are marked as non-returnable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Be sure to check the product details before purchasing.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@citypariz.net or call our customer service team at (631) 751-8296 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will need to write this RA number on the return package.
Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories. Include the RA number and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.
Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return and it is inspected for eligibility, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged product).
- Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for certain returned items (such as large or bulky items). This will be clearly stated on the product page.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as for returns. We do not process direct exchanges, so you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures that the replacement is properly processed and available for delivery.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will offer a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs. In this case, please contact us immediately at info@citypariz.net or call (631) 751-8296 to report the issue and receive instructions on how to return the damaged item.
7. Gifts
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, you can exchange it for a store credit or a different product. The original purchaser will be refunded to the original payment method.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a mistake made by Citypariz, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Prepaid Return Labels: In the case of a defective item or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label.
9. International Returns
If you are returning a product from outside the United States, you are responsible for return shipping costs and for complying with any import/export regulations. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Citypariz is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
10. Changes to This Policy
Citypariz reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” at the top of the page will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
